Description

A possibility of magnesium and calcium ion light-induced drift existence in atomic hydrogen due to a difference in the transport properties of normal and excited ions is considered. Diffusion and mobility coefficients for magnesium and calcium ions in atomic hydrogen are calculated within 103-104 K temperature range using certain interaction potentials
