Description

Utilizing the 'degradation and reconstruction method,' Carbon-14 labeling of two biologically active compounds were prepared: a new pimaradiene type (acanthoic acid), (-)-pimara-9(11), 15-diene-19-oic acid (A-1), a morphine analogue DK-1001 (6,14-endo-ethano-7-(2-hydroxy-2-cyclopropyl-2-methyl) tetrahydrooripavine(B-1)
