Description

Concomitant primary ovarian and endometrial tumors are very rarely met. We preset a clinical case of concomitant endometroid tumors of ovary and endometruim in pT1aNO, G2 and pT1βN0, G2 IA and IB stage ace. FIGO. We are discussing differential diagnostics, clinical, pathological and immunohistochemistry criteria for confirming the concomitant tumor origin, or it is a case of secondary dissemination in ovary, or endometrium. Precise differential diagnosis is needed for distinguishing the tumor origin from hematological metastasis. After confirmation of the concomitant tumor origin, precise individual determination of the adjuvant treatment - radiotherapy or chemotherapy is needed. Key words: Concomitant Endometroid Carcinoma. Endometroid Carcinoma. Endometroid Ovarial Carcinoma. Hormonal Receptors. Immunohistochemistry
