Description
In this study, isotope tracer technique was used to study the accumulation and transfer of 95Zr in a simulated wheat/ soil system. The results showed that 95Zr was mainly accumulated in straw, husk and root. The concentration of 95Zr in food stuff-kernel was relatively lower, which was only slightly higher than the level of background activity. 95Zr in soil mainly deposited in surface layer soil (0-6 cm) (97%). The dynamics of 95Zr concentration in wheat and soil was also confirmed by application of nonlinear regression method. (authors)
