Spatial dispersion of nonlinearity in the effect of nonlinear optical activity by reflection
Description
The authors obtain expressions for the polarization characteristics of a light wave reflected from a nonlinear gyrotropic crystal after normal incidence. Contributions are distinguished associated with anisotropy of the cubic nonlinear susceptibility, the spatial dispersion of the nonlinearity, and the influence of the linear gyrotropy on the self-action of the wave
