Some aspects of DNA repair at chromatin level

Data on dna repair in eucariot cells is analyzed. It is assumed that the r role of configuration and dna surrounding effects both on functioning of repair systems and on its susceptibility to damages. A certain role is played in dna repair at nucleosome level of chromatin organization by cortex particles, functioning as regulators in this process.
