Some aspects of DNA repair at chromatin level
Description
Data on dna repair in eucariot cells is analyzed. It is assumed that the r role of configuration and dna surrounding effects both on functioning of repair systems and on its susceptibility to damages. A certain role is played in dna repair at nucleosome level of chromatin organization by cortex particles, functioning as regulators in this process. The value of modification of the facator, regulating the dna repair increases at higher levels of organization. The important role in belongs to the system of poly-ADP-ribosylation
