Description
The finite element method is utilized to calculate the calibration curves, which are required for the electrical direct-current potential crack-monitoring systems as applied to fracture mechanics specimens with the thickness of 5 mm, 10 mm, 15 mm, 18 mm and 20 mm. The starting crack is asub(o) = 2 mm for all specimens. (orig.)

(orig.)
