Liquid waste processing device

Description

The processing device of the present invention comprises a primary processing line for purifying liquid wastes generated from a raw water storage vessel passing through a filtering device and an adsorption tower and a secondary processing line for passing the liquid processed in the primary processing line through an ion exchange resin and a filter to make it into ultrapurified water and storing them in a tank. The second processing line is constituted so as to return the processed liquid in the tank to the inlet of the secondary processing line. Oil contents and relatively large metal powders are removed in the primary line, and protein and fats are decomposed in the secondary processing line to make the liquid into ultrapurified water. When the value of the quality of the processed liquid stored in the tank does not reach a predetermined level, the processed liquid is returned to the inlet of the secondary processing line for always forming a processed liquid having a predetermined quality level. Washing liquid as liquid wastes discharged can be purified easily upon washing with phosphorescent permeation liquid and a simply and compact liquid waste processing device can be constituted.
