Relation of the increase of protons fluxes in the interplanetary space from August to September, 1973 to variations velocity of the solar wind

Analyzed are experimental results on particle fluxes and parameters of a solar wind plasma over the period of the quite Sun, obtained by the ''Mars-7'', ''Pioneer-10'', ''Pioneer-11'' as well as ''Pioneer-6'', ''Pioneer-7'', ''Pioneer-8'', and ''Pioneer-9'' space probes. The results are shown to be important for understanding increased fluxes of particles in the interplanetary space
