Description

With respect to near real time accountancy of a large scale reprocessing plant computer models have been developed to simulate the first cycle of the Karlsruhe reprocessing plant (WAK). The models to calculate the coextraction and U/Pu-separation in mixer-settlers, container levels and inventory, feed product and waste flows, uranium concentrater and airlifts were tested by the use of WAK process records. A concept for a simulation executive program was conceived. The development of the WAK data acquisition system was supported. (orig.) With 44 refs., 2 tabs., 65 figs

Abstract (German)

Im Hinblick auf eine spaetere Anwendung zum Zwecke der Near Real Time Accountancy einer grossen Wiederaufarbeitungsanlage wurden Rechenmodelle zur Simulation des ersten Extraktionszyklus der Wiederaufarbeitungsanlage Karlsruhe (WAK) entwickelt. Modelle zur Berechnung der Koextraktion und Uran-/Plutonium-Trennung in Mischabsetzern, der Ermittlung von Fuellstaenden und Stoffzusammensetzung in den einzelnen Behaeltern, zur Flussbestimmung aus Fuellstandsaenderungen, zur Beschreibung des Uranverdampfers und von Airlifts wurden anhand aufgezeichneter Prozessdaten der WAK erprobt. Fuer die spaeter vorgesehene Verbundsimulation wurde das Konzept eines Rahmenprogramms entwickelt. Die Entwicklung des Prozessdateninformationssystems PRODES II der WAK wurde unterstuetzend begleitet. (orig.) With 44 refs., 2 tabs., 65 figs
