Transport and turnover of rat liver aldolase after whole-body x-irradiation

A study was made of the aldolase activity in liver mitochondria and blood plasma of normal and X-irradiated rats. It was established that the rate of formation, transport and spontaneous degradation of the enzyme in intact and exposed animals is different
