The calculation of the energy levels in an applied electric field for paramagnetic ions situated in positions with the C3, D3 and Csub(3v) point symmetry of the trigonal crystalline field

Description

The position of the energy levels for the non-S fundamental state of a paramagnetic ion (or center) placed in sites with the C3, D3 and Csub(3v) point symmetry of the crystalline field with the trigonal symmetry in an applied electric field has been calculated. The calculation was made by the perturbation method in the first approximation, using the strong magnetic field condition. (author)
