Description

An influence of the 131I incorporation in a low doze at the organogenesis period on development of rat's fetus is investigated. The experiments are conducted with the white rats of four-month age. The 500 kBq of 131I was entered intraperitoneally at the ninth day of pregnancy. The radionuclides distribution in bodies and tissue of the pregnant rats, its accumulation in placenta and tissue of fetus were studied for 20-th day of a pregnancy by the Nokia 4900B gamma-analyser. Is appraised the rat's pregnancy state after the 131I entering. An essential teratogeny and oncogenous pathology is not noticed. At the same time appreciable delay of development of fetus took place. It was displayed in reduction of weight and sizes of the irradiated fetus. Average weight of many fetus's bodies decreases. But the weight of the liver, pancreas and et. was increased. Character of change of relative weight of a lot parenchymatous bodies permits to assume about primary delay of development of mesenchyme tissues. The data are used for the assumption of the mechanism of increase of quantity of tumour thyroid diseases at the children. 9 refs., 2 tabs., 1 fig
