Description
Objective: To cognize the characteristic of miniprobe endoscopic in the diagnosis of adipomas in digestive tract so that we can improve the diagnostic rate of this disease. Methods: To collect clinico pathologic data of 30 patients with adipomas in digestive tract and then to take both endoscopic and miniprobe endoscopic with mucous membrane resection. At last to analyse the ultrasound pattern. Results: All of the 30 cases were confirmed as adipoma by pathological diagnosis. Among them, 28 cases were diagnosed ultrasonographlly as adipoma, 1 fibroma, 1 heterotopic pancreas. The 30 cases were performed endoscopic mucosa resection. All of the adipoma were clearly and trim in the form of tundity or ellipse which with high-level echo, and 10 cases with unclearly margo lateralis. The fibroma's verge was fusiformis with tallish high-level echo; the heterotopic pancreas was anomaly with mussy middling level echo. Conclusion: Miniprobe endoscopic ultrasonography is convenient and safe which can exactly diagnose adipoma in digestive tract, and it can improve the diagnostic rate especially for patients who has small gastrointestinal adipoma but with no clinical symptoms.
