Description
Two versions of a first publication briefly address some important issues related to local/territorial energy data: multiple stakes for communities, easier access to data related to energy production, distribution and consumption, evolutions and benefits for communities, a new regulatory framework which makes things easier, communities concerned in function of their abilities, actors of data valorisation, modalities of access to data, available data, geographical scales and activity sectors, data transparency, data usefulness for planning. An other publication briefly addresses lessons learned and sources of inspiration for the use of local energy data: importance of energy data for communities, synthesis of a survey on data use, the stake of data quality, points of vigilance identified about data quality. Another publication focuses on the study of potentials of various aspects (energy management, development of renewable and recovery energies, reduction of greenhouse gas emissions): territorial coherence, regulatory framework and voluntarist approaches to potential studies, recommendations to perform a study of potentials. Another publication discusses the choice of territorial climate-air-energy indicators regarding energy consumption (different possible indicators, focus on energy consumption accounting, climate correction, types of accounted energies), the production of renewable energies (indicator per sector, global indicators), greenhouse gas emissions (indicators, methodologies, climate correction, types of greenhouse gas, warming powers), carbon capture (indicators, dynamics and equilibrium), outdoor air quality (indicators, pollutant types). A last publication (of 6) proposes an overview of issues, consequences which represent the cost of inaction in front of climate change and of air pollution, and a presentation of the use of planning to act
