Energy level shifts and transition probabilities in a relativistic atom
Description
In the framework of the perturbation theory a method is suggested for the calculation of energy levels and transition probabilities in a relativistic atom. The method is based on the reduction of the quasipotential equation to an equivalent Schroedinger equation with some effective potential. The effective potential and the photon emission vertex are determined in the first two orders
