Relativistic model for hyperons and heavy baryons in the light-front

Description

We investigated the bound state of the three constituent quarks, forming a hyperon or a heavy baryon in a relativistic three-body framework. The dynamics of the relativistic bound state of two equal mass constituent quarks and a third one is defined through a zero-range two body force in the null-plane. We deduced the integral equations for the Faddeev components of the 3Q-baryon vertex function from the projection of the Bethe-Salpeter equation in the light-front. (author)
