γ,n-recoil produced compounds
Description
The utilization of a 65 MeV electron linear accelerator to produce 11C and 15O for the manufacture of pharmaceutically interesting preparates is described. It is important here to separate compounds formed by direct recoil labelling using a highly effective method (high voltage electrophoresis, chromatographic methods). The winning of 11C amino acids, the photosynthetically used 11CO formation from a gas target to produce saccharose, as well as the production and separation of 15O2 are given (e.g. the measurement of aerobic metabolism selectivities). Abstract (German)
Die Ausnutzung eines 65 MeV-Elektronenlinearbeschleunigers zur Erzeugung von 11C und 15O fuer die Herstellung pharmazeutisch interessanter Praeparate wird beschrieben. Daher kommt es darauf an, durch direkte Rueckstossmarkierung gebildete Verbindungen durch ein hochwirksames analytisches Verfahren (-Hochspannungselektrophorese, chromatographische Methoden-) abzutrennen. Als Beispiele werden die Gewinnung von 11C-Aminosaeuren, die photosynthetisch genuetzte 11CO-Bildung aus einem Gastarget zur Erzeugung von Saccharose, sowie die Erzeugung und Abtrennung von 15O2 (z.B. fuer die Messung aerober Stoffwechselaktivitaeten) angefuehrt.
