Pressure vessel made of reinforced concrete
Description
The two-shell protecting jacket consists of a regular multi-surface polyhedron in the shape of a sphere and dome-shaped elements of reinforced concrete, the convex surfaces of which point to the interior of the pressure vessel. The edges of the domes are supported by the flat prestressed concrete elements of the outer shell. The external wall of the protecting jacket may also be shaped like a regular prism supporting on the inside arched vaults from reinforced concrete by means of ribs or corner profiles. The prefabricated elements of the outer shell are held together by screw bolts running in blind channels. (orig.)

Der zweischalige Schutzmantel besteht aus einem regelmaessigen vielflaechigen Polyeder in Form einer Kugel und kuppelfoermigen Stahlbetonfertigteilen, deren konvexe Oberflaechen ins Innere des Druckbehaelters weisen. Die Kanten der Kuppeln stuetzen sich auf den flachen Spannbetonteilen der aeusseren Huelle ab. Die aeussere Wandung des Schutzmantels kann auch die Form eines regelmaessigen Prismas aufweisen, auf denen sich innen Bogengewoelbe aus Spannbetonfertigteilen an Rippen oder Eckprofilen abstuetzen. Die Fertigteile des aeusseren Mantels werden von in Sackkanaelen verlaufenden Schraubenbolzen zusammengehalten. (orig.)Files
