A rapid method for the measurement of thoron in monazite processing plants and a review of the concept of thoron working level

Description
This paper reports a new method or rapid estimation of thoron in plant atmosphere. The performance of the method favourably compares with that of double filter paper method. Radon concentration can also be measured by this method. The thoron daughter working level concept has also been discussed. (author)
