A compact group of four QSOs with two appearing physically associated

  • 1. Cambridge Univ. Inst. of Astronomy (UK)

Description

During a detailed search of an objective prism plate from the UK Schmidt telescope centered on RA 11h 40 min, dec. 110 00' N in a preliminary investigation of QSO clustering up to several arc min, a most striking association of a compact group of four QSOs within a diameter of about 4 arc min has been noted. A physical association between two of the QSOs is suggested. (UK)
