Description
The injection of a barium plasma from a sounding rocket by the shaped charge technique offers several possibilities of application that cannot be achieved by conventional releases. They can be grouped into three classes: tracing at high altitudes; modifications; alternate ionization processes. Project Porcupine has contributed in several ways to these aspects. (Auth.)
