Effect of temperature-temporal parameters of tempering on the properties of 18Kh1G1MF steel resistant to hydrogen embrittlement

Description
Possible regimes of tempering of the 18Kh1G1MF improving steel, resistant to hydrogen embrittlement, using Hollomon-Juffy index are studied. It is shown that optimum temperature-temporal parameters of steel tempering, using at manufacture of tubes, which provide maximal level of strength and viscous properties as well as necessary resistance of the steel to hydrogen embrittlement can be estimated with the help of this index. Patameters of steel tempering can be varied in the next limits: at 700 deg hold.ing time is not less than 60 min, at 730 deg C - not less than 30 min
