A Monte Carlo calculation of high energy hadronic cascade in matter
Description
The technique and results of a Monte Carlo calculation of high energy cascades in heavy material are described. The results on hadronic penetration and radial distribution are compared whenever possible with experimental data. In particular the results are applied to the detection of muons produced in high energy collisions. (Auth.)
