Radiation-chemical transformations of unsaturated oligomers modified by urethanes

Description
Studied are some regularities of radiation chemjcal transformations observed in monomeric and oligomeric urethan-containing polymerizable compounds under the γ-ray and accelerated electron action. Main directions of oligoesterurethan synthesis and application in radiation chemistry of polymers are shown. The results of determination of the three-dimensional polymer content, hardness and waterabsorption permit to judge on the depth of copolymerization and copolymer defects depending on the concentration of urethan groups, and on the structure of urethan-containing monomer. Studied are various mechanical properties of polymers at various absorbeb doses. It is shown that the higher degree of the process completeness appears at radiation-chemical initiation of copolymerization
