Description
Medical imaging using the magnetic resonance techniques has a key role in the diagnosis of the pancreas carcinoma. Newly developed fast image sequences, intravenous administration of contrast medium and the suppression of fat signals lead to an overall improvement in the visualization of the pancreas, as can be seen from the case described. Eine zentrale Bedeutung in der Diagnostik der Pankreaskarzinome hat die MR-Bildgebung. Neue und schnellere Bildsequenzen, intravenoese Kontrastmittelgabe und Fettsignalunterdrueckung erlauben eine verbesserte Pankreasdarstellung, wie anhand eines Fallbeispiels demonstriert wird.
