Neutrino-electron scattering
Description
34 νsub(μ)e- elastic scattering events were observed in an experiment using a high angular resolution electromagnetic shower detector at Fermilab. It leads to the following results: σ = (1.40+-0.30)x10-42 Esub(ν)cm2, sin2thetasub(W) = 0.25 +0.07 -0.05, gsub = (V)0.00 +0.14 -0.10, and gsub(A) = -0.50 +-0.06. Comparisons with theories and outlook of the future are discussed
