Distribution of cations and interatomic interactions in oxides with heterovalent isomorphism. XI. Solid solutions (La1-xHox)2SrAl2O7

Description
Results of crystallochemical investigations into solid solutions prepared by isomorphic isovalent substitution in the La2SrAl2O7-Ho2SrAl2O7 system are demonstrated. Interatomic distances and distribution of rare earth and strontium cations by two positions in the structure of solid solutions (La1-xHox)2SrAl2O7 were analyzed by full-profile X-ray structural analysis. Interaction of holmium cations in the La2SrAl2O7 oxide leads to the regulated distribution of La3+ cations and stabilization of perovskite-like layer structure

Представлены результаты кристаллохимического исследования твердых растворов, полученных путем изоморфного изовалентного замещения в системе La2SrAl2O7-Ho2SrAl2O7. Методом полнопрофильного рентгеноструктурного анализа определены межатомные расстояния и распределение катионов редкоземельных элементов и стронция по двум позициям в структуре твердых растворов (La1-xHox)2SrAl2O7. Введение катионов гольмия в оксид La2SrAl2O7 приводит к упорядоченному распределению катионов La3+ и стабилизации перовскитоподобной слоистой структурыAdditional details
