La presente invention se rapporte d'une facon generale aux dispositifs gyromagnetiques de grande puissance, par exemple des gyrotrons, des gyroklystrons et des tubes a ondes progressives tournantes, et concerne plus particulierement un dispositif gyromagnetique a grande puissance dans lequel une onde de grande puissance etablie dans une cavite ou un guide d'onde est deviee de l'axe commun de l'onde et d'un faisceau creux d'electrons, le faisceau se propageant le long de l'axe, vers un collecteur de faisceau
