Change of strength and corrosion properties of zirconium and its alloys after irradiation by polyenergetic beam of Ar+ ions with medium energy E 9.4 keV
Description
Results of studying the effect of doping Zr, Fe, Sn and Nb atoms from films, pre-applied to Eh110, Eh635 and Zircaloy zirconium alloys, by ion implantation method, on the change of their microhardness, resistance to oxidation in oxygen and steam-water medium are presented. Doping is performed by film irradiation with a beam of Ar+ ions with 9.4 keV average energy. It is shown,that the surface microhardness grows with the growth of the radiation dose. Ar+ ion effect does not lead to any substantial reduction of corrosion resistance of the alloys studied

Представлены результаты изучения влияния легирования методом ионного вбивания атомов Zr, Fe, Sn и Nb из пленок предварительно нанесенных на сплавы циркония Э110, Э635 и Цирколой-4 на изменение их микротвердости и сопротивления окислению в кислороде и пароводяной среде. Легирование проведено путем облучения пленок пучком ионов Ar+ со средней энергией 9,4 кэВ. Показано, что с ростом дозы облучения микротвердость поверхности увеличивается. Воздействие ионов Ar+ не приводит к значительному снижению коррозионной стойкости исследуемых материаловAdditional details
