Description

The concentration dependence of the critical resolved shear stress of Cd-Zn monocrystals (Zn < 0.4 at%) is investigated at 1.5 K. It can be suggested that edge dislocations are responsible for solid solution hardening in hexagonal alloys such as Cd-Zn
