Isotopic composition of graphite carbon in connection with the age of 'Garm' massive metamorphic complexes (South Tien Shan)

Description

The article is devoted to debatable problem of geological age of deeply metamorphosed rocks of 'Garm' crystalline massif. Author, based on a comparison of carbon isotopic composition of graphite of various metamorphosed rocks, proves that rocks of the massif, which have an ancient appearance, are formed as a result of intense metamorphism and plutonium-metamorphism of the initial Paleozoic sedimentary rocks.
