Unilateral hypoplasia of the hemithorax causing 'pseudoscoliosis' after lung irradiation in a child with Wilms' tumor

Description
We present a case of unilateral pulmonary parenchymal hypoplasia secondary to radiotherapy for metastatic Wilms' tumor, manifesting as ''pseudoscoliosis'', a previously unreported sequela of pulmonary irradiation in childhood. (orig./MG)
