Description
A high resolution HPGe coaxial detector γ spectroscopy is developed, which consists of the HPGe coaxial detector (including a charge sensitive preamplifier), a gate integrate amplifier, a 8192 channel spectroscopy ADC in successive approximation method based on the bidirectional sliding scale principle, a 8192 channel multichannel buffer memory (MCB) et al.. Two types of the HPGe Coaxial Detector γ Spectroscopy GPY-1 and GPY-2 are developed. The energy resolution and long time stability of all systems are excellent
