Description
The nuclear systems with A = even and 2 neutrons (neutron gaps) in the N = 82 valence shell are described according to the cluster-vibrator coupling model. The energy spectra and electromagnetic properties are calculated and compared with recent experimental data obtained with radioactive ions. A comparison is also made with other QRPA and SM nuclear models. (authors)
