Cosmic ray acceleration and modulation in interplanetary medium

Description
Some problems of acceleration and modulation of low-energy cosmic rays are considered. The analytical solution of the transport equation in interplanetary space with regard to convection, adiabatic retardation, spatial diffusion and statistical acceleration is analyzed. The energy spectrum of the anomalous helium component in cosmic rays is in good agreement with the experimental data. The theoretical calculation results are compared with the ''Pioneer-10'' data on time variations of the helium flow and data of stratospheric measurements. It is shown that the total solar magnetic field increase can be accompanied by additional particle acceleration in the interplanetary space
