Anomalous behaviour of heat capacity and upper critical magnetic field in superconducting monocrystal La1.85Sr0.15CuO4
- 1. Rossijskij Nauchnyj Tsentr 'Kurchatovskij Institut', Moscow (Russian Federation)
Description
Heat capacity and upper critical magnetic fields are studied on two magnetic field directions: parallel and perpendicular to the ab plane on the La1.85Sr0.15CuO4 monocrystal sample within the temperature range of 2-50 K in magnetic fields up to 8 Tl. Nonlinear dependence of the mixed state heat capacity on the magnetic field value and positive curvature of temperature dependence of the upper critical magnetic field were observed by both magnetic field orientations. These both anomalies are not described by standard theory of superconductivity
