Description
In view of the excessive vibration of the pump pipeline system in the primary circuit of floating nuclear power plant, this study found the cause of excessive vibration of the pipeline system by vibration test and modal analysis of key components under pump operating conditions. The optimization of the rigid support hanger arrangement of the pipeline can control the excessive vibration of the pipeline. Under the premise that the existing layout space is feasible, the control effect of the optimization of the pipeline support hanger arrangement on the pipeline vibration response is evaluated, and the vibration control effect is verified by the field test. The field test data shows that the vibration acceleration level of the export pipeline for the pump is significantly lower than that before optimization. The research of this paper provides a solution to the problem of excessive vibration at the outlet of similar reciprocating pumps in engineering. (authors)
