Description
60Co γ-rays at the doses of 1.0-1.8 Mrad were used to irradiate sawdust material for sterilization, It was found that 60Co γ-rays could promote the breakdown of cellulose into soluble sugar, and thus promoted the growth of hyphae and increased the yield of L.edode. Determination of regressive analysis and correlation coefficients indicated that there was a high positive correlation between soluble sugar and the growth of hyphae(r = 0.9546**) , which can be expressed as Y = 3.12 + 1.30X; A high positive correlation between soluble sugar and the yield of L.edode(r = 0.9935**) can be expressed as Y = 31.95 + 86.69X; and a high positive correlation between the hyphae growing rate and the yield of L.edode(r = 0.9531**) can be expressed as Y = -145.34 + 60.92X
