Description
In this work data on thermal decomposition of thorium (IV) and uranyl (V I) nitrates is presented. It was found that thorium nitrate (IV) thermally decomposed at temperature range 430-470 K in one stage and uranyl (V I) nitrate at 430-750 K in two stages. Thermodynamic properties of thermal decomposition of individual compounds Th(NO3)4 and UO2(NO3)2 were defined.
