Changes in Co75Fe5B20 amorphous alloy structure at initial stages of crystallization

Description
To study heat treatment effect on the Co75Fe5B20 amorphous alloy structure NMR spectra temperature magnetization dependences have been measured and X-ray analysis conducted. The results obtained show that already in Co75Fe5B20 alloy initial amorphous state there eXist regions with local sUrroundings of the Co3B crystal structure type. It is assumed that iron atoms substutution for cobalt atoms contributes to the formation of such regions
