Description
A study has been conducted to determine if the syn or anti structural orientation of the oxotechnetium and carboxyl groups in technetium-99 labelled renal function agents affects the renal excretion rate. Several isomers of the complexes of interest have been synthesized, and biodistribution studies have been conducted in mice which indicate that no biological effect can be observed for the structural orientation of the groups of interest
