On the self-regulation mechanism of the Earth magnetosphere
Creators
Description
Problem on the self-regulation of the Earth magnetosphere is discussed. Proper oscillations of the day and night magnetosphere by certain directions of the solar wind are determined. It is noted that the existence of the meridian constituents of the magnetic field facilitates the oscillatory process. 4 refs
