Investigation of the dielectric properties of antimony doped potassium sodium niobate single crystal (K0.5Na0.5) NbO3
- 1. Crystal Growth Centre, Anna University, Chennai (India)
Description
Potassium Sodium niobate (K0.5Na0.5)NbO3 Single Crystal and co-doped (K0.5Na(1- x)0.5 Sbx) NbO3 (where x=.02,.04,06,.) single crystal were grown using a high temperature flux method. The effects of cationic substitution of Sb for Nb in the B sites of perovskite lattice on the structure, phase transition behavior and dielectric properties, X-ray diffraction (XRD) pattern, SEM and EDAX, FTIR, UV-VIS, SPECTRUM, AFM were investigated.
