Assessment of Hydrogen distribution during severe accident and deficiency in using integral codes

Description
Some of the main difficulties for performing analyses for phenomena assessment are shown. These phenomena are connected with severe accidents. A stress is put on the hydrogen distribution in the hermetic compartments of NPP also the need for local hydrogen concentration assessment is pointed. Hydrogen mitigation measures are mentioned and some of the deficiencies are listed. (authors)
