Influence of Emblica officinalis on hepatic lesions induced by gamma irradiation

Description
The present study is an attempt to investigate the radiomodifying ability of Emblica officinalis on mice liver against whole-body gamma irradiation. Histopathological alterations and frequency of normal, binucleated and abnormal hepatocytes were selected for determination of radiosensitivity of liver and its modification by Emblica officinalis (EO) fruit extract
