Stability constants of dioxouranium6+, Cu2+, Ni2+, Co2+ and Mn2+ complex of 5-nitroresacetophenoneoxime

Description
The stability constants of transition metal complexes with 5-nitroresacetophenoneoxime have been determined in 60 per cent (v/v) 2-ethoxyethanol-water mixture using the Bjerrum-Calvin pH titration technique as modified by Irving and Rossotti. The stability constants are in fair agreement withIrving-Williams rule. The results obtained are compared with the data available for resacetophenoneoxime complexes. (author). 18 refs
