Equilibrium and quenched states in the Fe-Mn-O system in the air
Description
Fe-Mn-O system state diagram at the air is plotted on the basis of high-temperature X-ray studies of the preliminary synthesized using the ceramic technique solid solutions and heterogeneous compositions with FexMn3-xOm (0 ≤ x ≤3, Δx = 0.05) general formula. Phase diagram of the thermally unstable states occurring under cooling of solid phases of the system, from the equilibrium state up to the room temperature via water quenching is plotted, as well. Comparison of these diagrams is carried out. 8 refs., 2 figs
