Description
A computer simulation for the carbon transfer evaluation in sodium stainless steel systems is reported. It is based on a model by which it is possible to produce expected carbon concentration-distance profiles for Ni-rich austenitic alloys, such as the Alloy-800, exposed in a sodium environment at a given active carbon level and temperature.
