Description
A fast neutron generator of the fusion type (T/d,n/He) for radiotherapy and activation analysis is described. From a ring shaped ion source tritons and deuterons are accelerated towards the central target, made of titanium saturated with tritium and deuterium. The target may be of cylindrical or conical shape, depending on the special application
